Our house was built in 1996, so it’s not exactly an old romantic building, but it is very bright and spacious. We have a modern open kitchen. The dining area with a long table that can accommodate at least ten people is flooded with light and opens into a small salon. In the small salon you can gather after the round table for a digestive, light a fire in the fireplace in winter, or simply watch TV.

Garden and pool
What we love most about our second home is the spacious garden surrounded by lavender and rosemary. It is divided into a terrace level and a level with a pool and large lawn. We have now created a boules court in the shady olive grove, which offers a not too sweaty diversion in the late afternoon hours of the hot summer months. A large meadow creates enough distance to allow yourself to take a break in a hammock in the “little forest”, a small, naturally protected area. And of course there is the pool, which can always help you cool off.

Space to relax
Five bedrooms, each with two sleeping options, are available to our guests. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the four other bedrooms are on the first floor. All bedrooms are independent and have windows overlooking the garden and pool. Luggage is stored in spacious built-in cupboards, except in the “small” room. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet on each floor.

FAQ
There are a few steps or stairs to overcome around and in the house. The terrace leads to the pool via 5 steps. There is no handrail there. There is a gravel embankment in front of the house, which can make it difficult for wheelchair users to access the house.
The pool is not secured. Children should therefore always be supervised in the garden. The area is fenced, but it is spacious and the access to the street is only secured by a temporary structure.
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. The remaining costs must be paid one week before arrival.
Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking. Details can be found in the booking guidelines during the booking process.
The booking price includes all basic costs. Additional fees may apply for optional extras such as additional housekeeping or pet accommodation.
The keys are handed over by our manager.
Check-in is every Saturday from 4 p.m. and check-out is until 10 a.m. on Saturdays.
Dogs are very welcome. However, an additional fee of EUR 5 per animal per day applies. We ask for prior notification.
There are a variety of activities in the area, including hiking trails, via ferratas, restaurants and cultural attractions. Information about local attractions can be found here on the website.
